The anonymous man wishes to donate his sperm to his son and daughter-in-law who have yet been unable to conceive a child through IVF.
Any baby born using the sperm would be the grandfather’s genetic child and its father’s half brother.
Is there a point in the ethics committee consideration where you can just say, “Ewww”.
Along with, “What birthday card does the Grandfather give the child? Grandson, or Son?”.
Well, he better work it out because the ethics committee has given it the go ahead.
