Well he looks far more asleep or drunk than anything else to me but the picture isn't ideal. I assume that whoever called got on a bus and left.Another example of someone being unwilling to do more than a simple mobile phone call.
Eek! But have you seen this Guardian story about a heroic local DJ on a radio phone-in programme who rushed to the aid of a caller who had a heart attack on air? Good to know that there are some who go beyond the call of duty.
