Drinks last night = hangover in the morning.
“40 days of blogging” seems like a bad idea now.
Back to work on day shift tomorrow.
More stuff then.
Now I need to lay down in a dark room and drink Red Bull.

Reynolds, here you go for a link to a story that seems relatively well informed:http://www.cbc.ca/consumers/market/files/health/redbull/
The upshot seems to be don't drink too much Red Bull, and drink water with it. Personally, I go for chocolate and coke, but it all amounts to pretty much the same thing – too much sugar and a whack of caffeine.
Snoop
I would just be thankful you didn't have to go into work with a hang over :o) I'm sure you had a good time though?!?
Don't drink too much red bull….you will get tachycardia!! and may require an EMT>
Red Bull seems to be a major part of your diet, aren't you concerned about its possible long term consequences?Im not being a smart ass, just curious, heard many too many things about RB.

Red Bull? Bad for you? Surely not!Once upon a time I drank coke by the bathtub full. Now I occasionally have a red bull, with some chocolate it is a sugary delight of SVT inducing goodness.
And I don't drink that much…
Yes Red Bull is bad for you. When I was living in Dublin, an inquest into the death of a young man found that a contributing factor was his excessive consumption of the drink
JB: Too much of anything will kill you.”Up till that point, however…”he said through his post-absinthe haze
That's a nice link – if only because it seems that Red Bull isn't quite as toxic as I thought it was……excellent, this means I can drink more of it.
Caffeine = Good
Sugar = Good
Together = Excellent.
red bull started off in thailand, to keep people working through the night in sweatshops. but in thailand it's uncarbonated, and REALLY tastes grim.
Being an EMT you should know that caffeine is terrible for a hangover. Doesn't it plummet your sugar levels therefore eventually making you feel more crap and dehydrated? I'm a dioralyte fan myself – bloody miracle cure if you ask me – your own little portable drip in a sachet. Perfect!
